Frenchman Clément Nourrissons, a Bouygues construction company employee, suffered fatal wounds when shot by individuals armed with automatic pistols on July 17, 2022.
On Monday, August 08, 2022, public prosecutor Richard Adou revealed after investigations that the victim and a friend were followed to his residence in Marcory Zone 4 after dinner at a restaurant by two individuals travelling on a motorcycle.
The muggers managed to steal various objects from them, but in a strange turn of events, before they fled, one of them opened fire on Mr Nourrissons. A presumed murderer B. Alcime KASS is in police custody, facing life behind bars.

On Monday, B. Alcime KASS indicated to the police that his accomplice T. Moussa lived in the Adjame district. When law enforcement officers showed up at the address, Moussa opened fire. The police neutralized him and seized a loaded gun with two nine-millimetre ammunitions.
Prosecutor Richard Adou informs the public that B. Alcime will be brought before the Criminal Court to answer for the acts of theft committed in association, illegally carrying weapons, and the act of violence leading to death; facts provided for and punished by articles 457, 459-3° -8°, 460, 461, 462 of the Penal Code.
The public prosecutor congratulates investigators for their professionalism and invites us all to call the police when witnessing the commission of reprehensible acts so the culprits can face the law of the land.
