On Tuesday, April 6, 2021, President Ouattara signed several appointment decrees for the new cabinet, the Presidency of the Republic and the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council.

FOR THE PRESIDENT
Following the appointment, on Monday 29 March 2021, of Mr Abdourahmane CISSÉ, as Minister, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic, the President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr Alassane OUATTARA, proceeded to sign a decree appointing Ministers to the Presidency of the Republic.
The following are thus appointed
- Minister to the President of the Republic, in charge of Relations with the Institutions of the Republic:

- Minister, Director of Cabinet of the President of the Republic:
Mr Fidèle SARASSORO.
This decree abrogates the decrees appointing the Minister of State, Secretary General of the Presidency of the Republic and other Ministers to the Presidency of the Republic.
ON BEHALF OF THE ECONOMIC, SOCIAL, ENVIRONMENTAL AND CULTURAL COUNCIL
The President of the Republic, His Excellency Mr Alassane OUATTARA, has signed two decrees.
The first decree appoints Mr Eugène AKA AOUELE as a member of the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council.
Under the terms of the second decree, Mr Eugène AKA AOUÉLÉ is appointed President of the Economic, Social, Environmental and Cultural Council.
